A Community Where Everyone Belongs.
At Decade Day Service, we believe every individual deserves to feel valued, included, and empowered to live a meaningful life. We provide a community-based day habilitation program where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build friendships, gain confidence, develop life skills, and experience meaningful adventures every day.
More than anything, we're committed to creating a place that feels like family.
Our mission is to provide a structured, supportive environment that fosters social engagement, personal growth, and community inclusion for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leading with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and self control, we create a community where every individual is known, valued, and treated with compassion, understanding, and purpose.

Our Journey
2009
At just 18 years old, our Founder, Jonathan Fraley, began working in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field, where he discovered a passion for helping individuals grow in confidence, independence, and connection.
2011
As he gained experience, Jonathan continued building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families he served, strengthening his belief that every person deserves to be known, valued, and supported.
2019
Years of hands on experience deepened Jonathan’s vision for what true person centered support could look like and inspired him to dream about creating something of his own.
2021
In 2021, Jonathan met Annabel Cardoza, who now serves as CEO of Decade Day Service. United by a shared passion for serving others, they quickly recognized a common vision of creating something centered on people, purpose, and genuine community.
2023
The vision became Decade Day Service, a community built on compassion, purpose, and the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Today
Decade continues to grow, creating meaningful experiences, lasting friendships, and opportunities for adults with IDD to live with confidence, purpose, and joy.
